Though surveyors weren't thrilled with this chain link's immediate surroundings, most admit that it's "convenient for catching an early morning flight", especially with a free 24-hour shuttle to the airport and El; after 2007's renovations, the "furniture and fixtures in both the lobby and the rooms are up-to-date" (read: "good-quality bedding" and free WiFi), but the "hallways and elevators need work" and "parking is a problem"; luckily, a "gracious and accommodating staff" goes "over and beyond to help."

It is fairly close to the airport and not scary.
Loud door slamming all night on my floor.

This Sheraton is right on Cicero, though it is not as near to the airport as several other hotels. It is practically on the street itself, though somehow hard to see. In other words, it is hardly a serene experience, and that includes the door-slamming in my hallway all night long. But it did the job for me. ...read more

Van to airport was ready to go and was very convenient.
The free Wi-Fi for computers did not have a strong enough signal to actually pick up in my room.

Convenient easy to stay at for an overnight stay before a plane flight. The Wi-Fi computer access was very weak and my computer could not cleanly connect to the hotel signal.
